Size Limit

So I've officially hit the size limit for maximum number of photos allowed. Being the frugal girl that I am...I decided to create a NEW blog rather than purchase more space! Trust me, I was very tempted to buy some more space, but in the end did the leg work for the better of our checking account! :)

Here is the link to our new blog: http://arndtfamilyof5.blogspot.com/

Silly Kids

Hamming it up for the camera!
Laughing or crying???

LAUGHING!

Is This Legal?

Friends

Heidi and I grew up in "small town" North Dakota! :) Heidi is due to have a baby girl at the end of October and I'm due to have a baby boy at the beginning of October. This photo was taken in June...I must say MY tummy has grown quite a bit...has yours, Heidi? :)

Big(ger) Girl Room

Brent picked up Finley's full-size bed during nap time and I quickly made her bed and rearranged furniture before she woke up...

Gone is the toddler bed and in it's place is a BIG bed!
Complete with new bedding!

Still room for her table and chairs, but the rocking chair has officially been removed.

Always room for a bookshelf and dolls!

Finley's reaction was a simple..."WOW!"

But her smile made it all worth it!

Snuggled in and ready for her first night in the big bed!

Brent said we are officially parents...our kids have nicer rooms than we do! :)

From a Single to a Double

We spent Sat. morning assembling a new toddler bed and rearranging furniture in Ace's room to make way for baby #3!

It feels like a lot of furniture, but it works!
The crib patiently waiting for another quilt!

Big boy bed!

I doubt it ever stays like this for long after I make it!

Excited to jump up and roll around!

This is how I found him after his nap...and this morning he proudly walked out to the living room all by himself! He is doing better than we hoped...but it's only been 24-hours! Ha!

Checking out his cars...that he must of thought were new since they were in a different place!

Such a happy little guy!

Old McDonald's

After the duck race we headed to McDonald's for supper. Finley could not understand why we were there by ourselves...normally we meet another family as a "night out".

After some persuasion, she decided that she could have fun by herself!
Ace always has fun! :)

This is trouble!

Finley stopping to play with the Happy Meal toy...but little brother isn't far behind!

He just looks like trouble, doesn't he?

They play very well together!

Saying "Hi" from above!

High 5's from Daddy!

Duck Race

Last weekend we walked down to the pond to check out the duck race...maybe next year we'll be more on top of things and actually purchase a duck to compete in the race! :)

It's hard to see...but between the trees is a yellow blur...all the rubber duckies in the pond!
Finley thought it would be fun to bring the duck call down...we "forgot" it at home though! :)

Pretty serious as he scans the water for ducks!

Two rubber duckies break away from the pack!

And two real ducks get out of the way!

Lindsay & Peyton chasing the ducks around the tree!

Cheese

Whenever Ace sees my camera in my hand he says, "Cheese!"

Fun in the Sun

This morning we all slept in after our long roadtrip yesterday...ate breakfast...then headed out to enjoy the warm, sunny morning!

Ace was obviously thirsty...
Still drinking...yes, the pool water! :)

Concentration!

Taking a break to push around the treat Papa found him and baby boy #2...

It's a little too big for him to pedal

He spent about 10 minutes tinkering with the wheels...all boy!

"Vvvvrrrrroooommmm!"

Day Trip

On Friday night we headed to Chippewa Falls with Nana & Papa for the evening.

The next morning the hill in their backyard provided entertainment for the kiddos...up & down!
"Slow down Ace!"

He is very careful...and coordinated!

Finley looking out at the water

Lounging by Mommy

Resting after all the trips up and down the hill!

Sitting nice and coloring

Cheese!

Ace was enjoying the camera...Finley, not so much!

Saturday we headed to Nelson, WI and stopped at a creamery for a lunch ofice cream and cheese curds...Only in WI, right? :)

Ace enjoyed a cup of vanilla

And Finley enjoyed a cup of chocolate

This is usually the only time she's quiet...when ice cream is in hand!

Hamming it up with Nana!
